Graduated from Chuvash State Pedagogical University with a specialisation in Russian Language and Literature, later completing professional retraining in State and Municipal Management at the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration.
Born and raised in the Chuvash Republic in a family of educators, she embarked on her teaching career in 2000 after finishing university. By 2002, she had transitioned into management, spending a decade in municipal service as a specialist within the education department of the Yantikovo District administration in the Chuvash Republic.
In 2011, she returned to the school environment as the deputy head for academic work, while also resuming her teaching duties. She taught Russian language to pupils in years 5 through 11 and literature to sixth formers, preparing students for the state exams.
She holds the first qualification category for teachers and has been recognised with certificates of merit from the education department, the Yantikovo District administration, and the Ministry of Education of the Chuvash Republic.
