Master of Pedagogical Sciences. Graduated from Tyumen State University with a specialisation in "Pedagogical Education with Dual Profiles: Russian Language and Literature" and completed a master's degree in "Management and Innovation in Education".
Born and raised in Tyumen. From her school days, she knew she wanted to be an educator. During her university years, she participated in a student exchange programme with a Serbian university, through which she became acquainted with less conventional methods of teaching children.
She worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature at a lyceum and as a senior counsellor in children's camps.
