After graduating from one of the most prestigious universities in South Africa, the author's life has always been connected with teaching.
She is the proud mother of two lovely sons and a stepson. Her two sons are well-balanced adults who have both qualified as electrical engineers, and her other son is currently enrolled at the University of London.

Most of her teaching experience has been with adults and school children, however she has been a volunteer teacher in South Africa most of her adult life. She especially liked the little ones, and she is grateful to be finally teaching them full time. She joined Heritage in 2018, and the children, parents, and her colleagues have become like a second family to her.
Teaching to her means making a difference in a young life. She has the unique opportunity to touch their lives. It means giving children a reason to want to come to school every day and having them leave just as excited as when they arrived. It means allowing them to pursue their passions, supporting them along the way, and being there to celebrate each achievement with them. Her enormous love for children gives her a unique perspective teaching at Heritage International School.
