Ms Alyona was born in the city of Veliky Novgorod. Already during her school years, she decided to dedicate her life to working with children. She worked as a camp counselor in children's camps and assisted elementary school teachers with organizational matters. From her third year of college, she began her professional career in preschool educational institutions and developmental centers to gain experience and necessary skills.
In 2018, she moved to Moscow and since then has been a teacher of the Russian program at Heritage School. In 2019, Ms Alyona received a diploma of advanced training in the program "Preparing Children for School Education in the Conditions of Variative Education and Implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards for Preschool and Primary Education". She was awarded the qualification of "Preschool Education Teacher" and also serves as a trainer for teaching children how to read.
Ms Alyona believes that in the preschool age, children retain all the information they receive for their entire lives, and it is the task of the educator to expand the boundaries of knowledge. Working in educational institutions for 7 years, Ms Alyona has become convinced that she truly loves her profession. And this is one of the most important components in the upbringing and development of children.
In her work, she follows the principle of an individual approach to each child, aiming to facilitate an easy, interesting, yet productive immersion in the educational environment. Ms Alyona designs her program in a way that creates a need in the child to learn something new.
Ms Alyona adheres to the "Three Rs" rule (recreation-work-result), where these components harmoniously blend together and serve as a source of continuous development. She firmly believes that pedagogical activity is an ongoing process that requires new knowledge, skills, and discoveries. Therefore, Ms Alyona frequently participates in various educational forums, undergoes professional development courses, and explores current issues in child upbringing and education. Ms Alyona is a creative and enthusiastic individual. She enjoys spending time in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, engaging in outdoor activities, going on bike rides, and exploring mountains.
