Primary School

Our Cambridge English programme enables learners to communicate confidently and effectively and to develop the critical skills to respond to a range of information, media and texts with understanding and enjoyment.

Depending on the needs of the child, he or she may study English as a First Language or English as a Second Language when they start with us. Eventually however, the goal remains the same – to develop a complete first-language competency and qualification in English.

The Mathematics curriculum framework explores five content areas: number, geometry, measure, handling data and problem solving. This curriculum focuses on principles, patterns, systems, functions and relationships so that learners can apply their mathematical knowledge and develop a holistic understanding of the subject. Central to the Cambridge Primary Mathematics Curriculum is the development of real-life problem-solving skills, and understanding concepts, not just procedures.

The Science curriculum framework covers four content areas: scientific enquiry, biology, chemistry and physics. Enquiry is central to the Cambridge Primary Science Curriculum, and pupils will learn not only to plan and do experiments, but also to critically evaluate the scientific work of others.

Once pupils reach 14, they progress to Cambridge Upper Secondary, where they are free to choose their subject options.
