Ms Elena

Head of Russian Curriculum
Education
Graduated from Shadrinsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Philology (English Language) and from the Western Siberian Institute of Finance and Law with a degree in Educational Management.

Born in Potsdam, Germany, I have over 25 years of experience working in schools and hold the highest qualification category for educators. I embarked on my teaching career immediately after graduating in 1999. My journey has taken me from being a teacher, class tutor, and head of the English teachers' methodological association to a methodologist for working with gifted children and eventually to deputy director for educational work. Each year, I participate in professional development courses focusing on "English Language" and "Educational Organisation Management".

"The most important and valuable aspect of educating children is recognising each child as an individual, rather than trying to mould them to fit general standards. Teaching is a calling, and a teacher is a leader, mentor, and professional who can captivate students with their subject and ignite their interest. The educational process is a collaborative effort among like-minded individuals, with the primary goal of creating an intellectual environment where future talents can flourish."
