Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients (present our product, collect requirements during onboarding, system configuration, support clients with data preparation and load);
- Supporting existing customers;
- Showcasing product functionality during onboarding;
- Understanding clients needs and objectives, offer solutions to achieve these needs, promote value of our product for customers;
- Building trusted relationship with customers, makes them happy with our service;
- Solving technical issues of existing customers, communicate with them through their work with our system;
- Collecting customers needs and requirements for new functionality, transfer them to development team;
- Collect customers' feedback, conduct surveys;
- Understanding level of system usage by customers, analyzing growth opportunities;
- Representing customers in team and company;
- Prolonging license contracts and work on subscription extension.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, International mindset and ability to work in an international environment;
- Higher Professional education; 1+ years of experience working with customers (KAM, Presale, Customer Success Manager);
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
- Excellent communication skills, desire to communicate with people;
- Solid IT skills, especially good level of Excel (Macros knowledge etc.);
- Basic SQL knowledge would be an advantage;
- Customer centric approach;
- Deep interest to IT and IT services;
- Ability to understand IT system functionality by yourself and ability to educate users in interesting way;
- Ability to listen the clients, find out their concerns and offer solutions or workarond to provide them value;
- Ability to push customer interests within a team and company; English – Upper Intermediate (B2+ Level).
